Alverde - Lid-Schatten-Basis

ENG: this is my last review about Alverde items I lately purchased at DM drugstore in Nova Gorica. They certainly won't be the last ones, because they are very good from my point of view, but I'm fine with my basics so far, so I'm going to finish what I'm using now before other purchases. :)

ITA: ultima recensione dei prodotti Alverde che ho acquistato di recente alla DM in Nova Gorica. Non saranno sicuramente gli ultimi, visto che mi ci sto trovando molto bene, ma ora sono a posto con i prodotti basici, e nuovi acquisti arriveranno solo quando finirò le cose che sto usando ora. :)

ENG: since my ELF eyelid base is finished, and the KIKO one is on the same way, then I needed a replace and tried this. I only paid € 3.00 for 15 ml of product.

PROS: the base is colored but disappears after blending (the proof in the pic below), and it also slightly homogenizes the eyelid complexion; leaves the skin smooth to the touch withouth overloading the lid; last, but not least, intensifies eyeshadows very well (proof below, again). The INCI is more than good.

CONS: just one, and I think this is not even an actual con: the base has a very creamy texture, so it's better to work it as soon as you can.

CONCLUSIONS: it doesn't do miracles (but I don't believe in cosmetic miracles, for the record), but the work it's supposed that it has to do is really great, so I think this is a deal, especially because the small price!

ITA: visto che la mia base per occhi della ELF è finita da mo' e quella KIKO poco ci manca, ho voluto tentare la sorte con questa. L'ho pagata solo € 3.00 per 15 ml di prodotto.

PRO: è colorata ma scompare una volta stesa (nella foto qui sotto potete vedere come non si veda assolutamente una volta sfumata), omogeneizzando anche lievemente l'incarnato delle palpebre; lascia la pelle levigata al tatto senza appesantirla; e, come da copione, intensifica gli ombretti applicati sopra (vedere sempre foto sotto). Come gli altri prodotti alverde, ha un INCI molto molto buono.

CONTRO: solo uno, che non è neanche un vero contro, secondo me: ha una consistenza molto cremosa, quindi, quando viene applicato, è meglio lavorarlo in fretta.

CONCLUSIONI: non posso dire faccia miracoli (ma io non ci credo neanche nei miracoli della cosmetica), ma comunque il suo lavoro lo fa, e lo fa anche egregiamente, quindi direi, soprattutto considerando il prezzo irrisorio, che è stato un ottimo acquisto!

Alverde - Puder Camouflage

ENG: as I wrote before, I bought this powder for a friend of mine: Simona from Light Your Nails blog. She couldn't find it anywhere, so I picked up one for her. Then I fell in love with this packaging and its scent of cookies, so I picked up another one for me, too. *^__^*

ITA: come ho già scritto qualche tempo fa, ho preso questa cipria perchè la voleva tanto la mia amica Simona del blog Light Your Nails. Non riusciva a trovarla da nessuna parte, così gliel'ho presa io. Poi mi sono innamorata del packaging e del suo profumo biscottoso e me la sono presa pure per me. *^__^*

ENG: fell in love with the packaging and the smell, I surrended! Price is fabulous: just € 4.00. Quantity of product is mysterious, but the jar has  a diameter of 5 cm.

PROS: first of all, the adorable packaging: You can open the top in 2 different ways: there's a click to open for a mirror, where also there's a duvet/sponge, that's one of the softest things I've ever touched. You can also twist off the top to take the powder, protected by a plastic sifter. Another strength is the smell of cookies that leaves your skin smelling as if you just were out of a nursery! The powder is extremely thin and impalpable; it's slightly satin and white with a hint of pink, but the color almost disappears when you wear it; it fairly dulls; and has a good duration. The INCI is also very good. Since this products isn't on the official site (why? O_O), here it is:  Talc, Mica, Silica, Zink Stearate, Isoamyl Laurate, Parfum (Essential Oils), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil Silver Oxide, CI 77891, CI 77491, CI 75470. 

CONS: I've got a dilemma: this product has been called "puder camouflage", so... Should it be a powder that also works well as concealer, am I right? Ok, forget it, because it conceals nothing. It has a lot of good qualities, but coverage isn't one of them.  It doesn't even out the complexion very much. You can see this thing in the last pic: it doesn't hide veins or wrinkles, but it levels your complexion, though, just a bit.

CONCLUSIONS: I think this powder is very useful if your foundation makes a good job about coverage by itself, otherwives it couldn't be enough if you need to cover imperfections and discoloration. By the way, the sweet scent pays for the rest. ;)

ITA: innamorata del packaging e del profumo, ho ceduto, ma per un prezzo favoloso, solo € 4.00. Non c'è scritta la quantità di prodotto contenuta, ma la jar ha un diametro di 5 cm circa.
PRO: prima di tutto, l'adorabile confezione: il tappo ha due aperture, la prima, a click, dove c'è uno specchietto ed è alloggiato il piumino/spugnetta, che è probabilmente la cosa più sofficiosa mai toccata in vita mia dopo il cincillà - vivo, non in pelliccia - di una mia amica; e un'altra, da svitare, sotto cui si trova la polvere, dosabile tramite un sifter in plastica. Altra cosa è il suo incantevole profumo biscottoso, che rischia di farmi diventare una sniffatrice di cipria! Lascia la pelle profumata come foste appena uscite da una nursery. Il prodotto in sè è una polvere finissima estremamente impalpabile, è leggermente satinata e bianca con un lieve accenno rosato, ma quasi scompare una volta stesa; opacizza discretamente, ha una buona durata, e, infine, ha un ottimo INCI: visto che questo prodotto non c'è sul sito ufficiale (perché? O_O) ve lo copio a mano: Talc, Mica, Silica, Zink Stearate, Isoamyl Laurate, Parfum (Essential Oils), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil Silver Oxide, CI 77891, CI 77491, CI 75470. 
CONTRO: ho un dilemma: si chiama "puder camouflage", quindi, tecnicamente, dovrebbe essere una cipria che funge anche da correttore. Ok, dimenticatevelo, perchè non camuffa proprio na ceppa. Ha tante buone qualità, niente da dire,  ma non copre un bel niente, nè omogeneizza l'incarnato più di tanto. Nell'ultima immagine potete vedere come non nasconda vene e rughette, in compenso uniforma le discromie, poco, ma lo fa.
CONCLUSIONI: se il vostro fondotinta fa già un egregio lavoro di copertura di imperfezioni e discromie, questa cipria è utilissima, altrimenti potrebbe non essere sufficiente. Il suo profumo, però, ripaga di tutto. ;)

Alverde - Mineral Make-Up - 01 Naturelle

ENG: scared for my first review of a product not "decorative" as previous eyeshadows, lipsticks or blushes... Hope to be able for this and let me know any doubt you have, just in case! ;D

ITA: paura, la mia prima rece di un prodotto che non sia ombretto o rossetto o blush... Niente di "decorativo", insomma... Spero di esserne all'altezza e fatemi sapere qualsiasi vostro dubbio, in caso! ;D

ENG: this one is my first liquid foundation I buy for years. I succumbed to it because it is very cheap: only € 4.50 for 30 ml. More, you'll need just a little quantity of product and the dispenser is narrow to save product. But there are other reasons, read on the pros. ;)

PROS: it's "full-bodied" but not dense, like a super pigmented BB cream, so it has coverage and spread, both exceptional. I use the ELF Studio - Powder Brush to blend it, after application of some product with my fingers: the foundation gives a homogeneous complexion, covers imperfections very well, and it isn't cakey. More, a very good point for a liquid foundation, the INCI is not bad at all.

CONS: first of all, I can't figure out if I'm attracted from the smell or I think it's disgusting. Another bad thing is  duration, that doesn't go beyond a few hours on me. If you're searching for an all-day-long foundation, then I'd pass over. I've noticed two issues more: it's quite evident outdoor, but, luckily, not under bulb lights, so I think this is better for indoor or evenings. Besides, this foundation doesn't smooth your skin as silicon-based ones: it's excellent about covering and complexion, but doesn't fill your wrinkles.

CONCLUSIONS: it will be my lifesaver for evenings and when my skin needs more coverage and smoothness without clogging my pores with silicones and parabens. I think this is a fair compromise.

ITA: non compravo un fondo liquido da anni, ma ho ceduto a questo perchè mi è costato davvero una cagata: solo € 4.50 per 30 ml. Come se non bastasse basta usarne pochissimo e ha un dosatore stretto, utilissimo per evitare sprechi. Ma non l'ho preso solo per questa venale ragione... Leggete i pro. ;)
PRO: ha una consistenza molto corposa ma non densa, come fosse una BB cream pigmentatissima, e questo gli dà una valanga di punti in coprenza e stesura, entrambe eccezionali. Per ora stendo questo fondo con il pennello ELF Studio - Powder Brush dopo averne applicato un po' con le dita: mi omogeneizza l'incarnato, copre egregiamente le imperfezioni, e non fa l'effetto mascherone. Inoltre, cosa da non sottovalutare per un fondo liquido, l'INCI di questo prodotto non è niente male.
CONTRO: prima cosa, ha un odore che non riesco a capire se mi attrae o mi disgusta. Altra pecca è la durata, che non va oltre le poche ore, perlomeno su di me. Se state cercando un fondo per tutto il giorno, io passerei. Ho notato anche altre due cose: è alquanto visibile alla luce naturale, ma per niente sotto luci artificiali, quindi meglio utilizzarlo la sera o al coperto, secondo me. Inoltre, non leviga la pelle come invece fanno i fondi siliconici: è eccellente per coprire ed omogeneizzare il colorito, ma non per riempire le rughette.
CONCLUSIONI: sarà il mio salvagente per le serate o quando la mia pelle è particolarmente provata e necessita di un aiuto deciso, senza, per questo, ostruire i pori con del fondo pieno di siliconi e parabeni. Penso sia un accettabile compromesso.

TOTALLY RANDOM SUNDAY #40

ENG: I've found a paradise half an hour from home, in Nova Gorica, Slovenija: DM aka Drogerie Markt! I can't explain the reason why I had never gone there before... Why!?!?!? By the way, I've found it, at last, and I'm sure I'm going there for raids very often from now on. I'm really happy because I don't envy foreigners polish-buddies anymore: there's Kiko 10 minutes from my house; Mi-Ny is about to lend in Udine; Dayli is in my town; Sirene Blu it's behind my house; Sephora close to my dentist's clinic; and now I can also go to DM for some german, french and austrian brands... Fuck yeah!!! :D

ITA: ho scoperto il paradiso a mezz'ora da casa, a Nova Gorica, in Slovenia: DM aka Drogerie Markt! Perchè perchè perchè non ci sono andata prima? Perchè perchè perchè? Vabbeh, tutto è bene quel che finisce bene, ma penso che andrò spesso in Slovenia a fare razzia d'ora in poi! Devo dire che, ora come ora, non sento mica più tanta invidia per le straniere: ho Kiko a 10 minuti scarsi da casa; Mi-Ny sta per sbarcare a Udine; Dayli ce l'ho proprio in paese; Sirene Blu dietro casa; Sephora vicino al mio dentista; e ora DM per alcune marche tedesche, francesi e austriache... Benone direi!!! :D

ENG: Houston, we'got a problem, I hate pink. I hate peach rose. I hate the pearl finish. And, of course, I totally hate pearly pink. Totally. So... What's wrong with me to buy sa shade like this?!?! Actually it's just my friend Daniela's fault, since this was a gift for her. Was. Sorry Dany, I'll buy another one for you in the future, because this evil shade is fucking amazing on nails!!! Soon on Twinsie Friday dedicated to Duochromes! ;)

ITA: no, piano, parliamone... Io odio il rosa. Se possibile, odio ancora di più il rosa pesca. E odio il finish perlato. Non accenniamo neanche a quanto io possa odiare un rosa perlato... Che razza di brutta malattia mi ha portato a mettere questo smalto nel cestino del male? Inizialmente la colpa è della mia amica Daniela, a cui volevo regalare questo smalto ma che, vergogna a me, glielo prenderò in un secondo momento, perchè questo me lo tengo, gne gne gne. Non so come sia possibile, ma... Indossato... E' stupendo!!! Penso lo ritroverete presto nel Twinsie Friday dedicato ai bicromatici. ;)

DEPEND - MAGNETIC - 6011

ENG: usually I'm not a big fan of magnetic nail polishes, I think they look a lot better on long nails, but this one has a stunning and complex shimmer that enchanted me.

ITA: non amo i magnetici di solito, li trovo più adatti a chi porta unghie lunghe, che li valorizzano meglio rispetto ai miei moncherini. Ma in questo la parte magnetizzata assume una brillantezza ed una complessità che trascende il finish e diventa un verde davvero bello.

DEPEND - MAGNETIC - 6008

ENG: same reasons than the previous one, but this time the shimmer is not the only strength point. This polish has a greyish blue base, but the shimmer reflection is a wonderful blurple/fuchsia. Another item that are going to be included in the Friday Duochrome parade.

ITA: stesso discorso di prima, ma stavolta la parte magnetizzata, oltre ad essere shimmerosissima, ha anche un colore diverso da quello della base, perchè la base è un blu grigiastro, mentre il riflesso effettato è indubbiamente un bel blurple con shimmer fucsia! Anche questo finirà nei duochrome del venerdì.

DEPEND - MIRAGE - 2059 STARRY BLUE

ENG: another little present for my cousin Barbara (visit her blog: Nail Polish Crazy). I thought this one was a darker sibling of OPI - Absolutely Alice in bottle, but I was wrong, because on nails it looses a bit of brightness. Despite this, it is still a lovely polish!

ITA: ed ecco un altro pensierino per mia cugina Barbara (visitate il suo blog: Nail Polish Crazy). In boccetta questo smalto mi ha ricordato molto l'OPI - Absolutely Alice, ma in versione più scura. Applicato perde in brillantezza, ma resta comunque molto pucci!

ALVERDE - MINERAL MAKE-UP - 01 NATURELLE

ALVERDE - LID-SCHATTEN-BASIS

ENG: I also choose a simple eyelid base, since mine is finishing. I guess I was very lucky, because this one seems a very good base for eyeshadows. Stay tuned for the review during the past week. ;)

ITA: ho preso anche una banalissima base per occhi, visto che la mia la sto finendo, e pare mi sia andata bene. In settimana ne troverete la recensione qui sul blog. ;)

S-HE STYLEZONE - 315

ENG: also the S-HE display was targeted by me, but I 've done the good girla and I bought just two items (so far :P). My first choice is this polish: in bottle it seems just a usual shimmer emerald, but on nails he also has some kind of opalescent reflection. I'm intrigued. Immediately threw it in my basket.

ITA: alla fine anche il display della S-HE è stato preso d'assalto dalla sottoscritta, ma ho fatto la brava bimba e mi sono limitata a solo due cosine (per ora :P). La prima scelta è caduta su questo smaltino perchè, anche se in boccetta sembrava un normalissimo verde smeraldo shimmer, su unghia ha una specie di riflessi opalescenti. La cosa mi ha intrigata non poco e l'ho buttato con violenza nel mio cestino.

S-HE STYLEZONE - EYESHADOW QUATTRO - 217

ENG: last, but absolutely not least, this is the most exciting purchase I did: a mini eyeshadow quad super pigmented and almost not powdery at all with a packaging... Wait for it... Stackable like LEGOs!!!

ITA: ultimo, ma assolutamente non ultimo, l'acquisto che forse mi ha presa di più: un mini quad super pigmentatissimo e quasi per niente polveroso che ha un packaging... Respirate... Impilabile come i LEGO!!!! 

ENG: I could even *burp* after this bunch of beauties, don't you think? Happy! *^__^*

ITA: potrei perfino ruttare dopo questa abbuffata di beltade, che ne dite? Felice! *^__^*
