Kleancolor - Holo Chrome

Oggi un post solo in italiano, perchè son pigra. Comunque non si tratta di una nail art, ma di uno smalto, oltretutto pluriswatchato ovunque, quindi non penso che questa carenza porterà gli anglofoni al suicidio. ;P

KLEANCOLOR - HOLOCHROME

Premetto subito che è uno smalto jelly, quindi, per chi non fosse esperto, significa che non è coprente con meno di 2/3 passate, e che sono anche lunghe da asciugare, perchè ha un finish glossatissimo, ma se volete potete metterci sotto una base bianca o nude per risparmiare molto tempo e strati, riducendo però l'effetto caramelloso. La base, che è tra blu e il lavanda, è foderata di microglitter multichrome, ed è bellissimo. Splendido soprattutto in acqua (in piscina non riuscivo a smettere di fissarlo), penso sia uno smalto che mette perfino di buon umore!
P.S. puzza l'ira d'iddio, visto che contiene toluene!

ENG: here we are with a cheerful event! In this day we celebrate IT. The actual man's best friend and woman's too, the actual ruler of the world Berlusconi you are nothing, the actual owner of your time & your space & everything-else. IT all can, all. Can. Just can. THE CAT.
Have you ever noticed that you say "I own a dog" but you never say "I own a cat"? You say "I live with a cat". And God forbid. I live with MAYA, for example. Since October the 9th, 2003. She followed my cousin from her car to my doorstep, and since then I couldn't get rid of her live without her anymore. We fall asleep paw in hand, we tease each other all the time, we poop in sync... She's my baby, she's my best friend,  she's my family, she's my life and also she's also a bit my death. XD
Then there are my nephews Gigio and Kodro; my neighborhood: Diego and Matteo, Macchia, Grigetta and "the new one"; and all those I've hosted for a while: Mao-Lin, Myu, and Bagigio. And Romeo.
I used to hate cats before I met Maya, could you believe that? Shame on me... So... Let's celebrate this piece of art! But not just today: let's set aside a handful of catfood in case of need, and a bowl of fresh water in the summer heat, and our index finger to let them sniff it.

Il vero miglior amico dell'uomo ma anche della donna, il vero dominatore del mondo Berlusconi ce fai na pippa, il vero gestore del nostro tempo & spazio & anche-tutto-il-resto. Colui che tutto può perchè sì, e basta. IL GATTO.
Mai notato che si dice "ho un cane", ma non si dice mai "ho un gatto"? Semmai si dice "vivo con un gatto". E ci mancherebbe pure. Io vivo con MAYA, per esempio. Dal 9 ottobre 2003. Ha seguito mia cugina dall'auto fino alla mia porta, e non sono più riuscita a togliermela dalle balle farne a meno. Ci addormentiamo mano nella zampa, ci facciamo i dispetti a vicenda, facciamo la cacca in compagnia... E' la mia bimba, la mia patafrulla, la mia culona, la mia migliore amica, la mia famiglia, la mia vita e anche un po' la mia morte. XD

E poi ci sono i miei nipotini: Gigio l'indescrivibbole e Kodro il gatto pensionato. Il mio micinato: Diego lo scroccone, Macchia la bestia del demonio, la Grigetta un po' diva, Matteo polmoni d'acciaio, "quello nuovo" che fa il puttano... E quelli passati di qua in stallo, come Mao-Lin che ora tiene a bada un pastore tedesco e un dobermann, Myu che non so se ce l'ha fatta, Bagigio il ciuccione. E Romeo il gattontolo. 

E pensare che io li detestavo i gatti prima di conoscere Maya... Sciagura a me. Quindi... Festeggiamo quest'opera d'arte! Ma non solo oggi: teniamo sempre un pugnetto di crocchini a portata di zampa, una ciotolina di acqua fresca in estate, e un indice da puntare contro di loro per farci annusare.

ENG: one of my lemmings in the past, now is my useful semi-jelly semi-sheer semi-fatty white :)

ITA: una volta lo "bramavo con cupidigia come una bimba davanti ad una figurina prismatica di Creamy" (Cri™ e Fra™), ora è il mio utile bianco semi-jelly semi-trasparente semi-ciccioso :)

KIKO - FRENCH MANICURE COLLECTION - 213 ROSA FIAMMA
ENG: a top coat effect with a sheer white cream base and a pink opalescent reflection like a seashell.
ITA: un top coat bianco panna traslucido con un effetto rosa opalescente, tipo guscio di conchiglia.

PUPA - BAROQUE COUTURE LE - 206 MISTERY PINK
ENG: a creamy antique pink very covering and not sugary at all.
ITA: un cremoso rosa antico molto coprente e per nulla zuccheroso.

Layla - Ceramic Effect 54 - Galaxy Green

ENG: an old manicure from past July, infact you can see some kind of weird tan on cuticles ^_^;

ITA: una vecchia manicure dello scorso luglio, infatti si vede una specie di abbronzatura sulle cuticole ^_^;

LAYLA - CERAMIC EFFECT 54 - GALAXY GREEN

ENG: this polish was a lemming of mine since the first time I've seen the preview for it. The dark forest green jelly as base and the different sizes of hex glitters, made it so unique, so special! I was very happy to have found it, at last, and I can confirm my love for the shade. I can also add an A+ because it's very opaque for a jelly, but... Maybe the weather was too warm those days, but it was quite gloopy, and the brush didn't help at all...  I'll try again this winter, by the way, and I'll wait my nails will be longer, 'cause glitters are too big for them, now!

ITA: questo smalto è entrato nella mia wishlist dal primo momento in cui ne ho visto la preview. La base jelly verde bosco scurissima e le diverse dimensioni dei glitter esagonali lo rendono decisamente unico, speciale! Sono stata molto felice quando l'ho trovato, e confermo il mio amore per questo colore e finish. Posso anche aggiungerci un 10+ per essere molto coprente pur essendo un jelly, ma... Forse la colpa è stata del caldo eccessivo di quei giorni, ma lo smalto è risultato davvero molto denso da applicare, e il pennello non ha aiutato per niente... Ritenterò quest'inverno, e aspetterò anche che le unghie crescano un po', perchè quei glitter sono davvero ciccioni per loro, in questo momento!

Kiko - 335 Blu Inchiostro

My nails... Adios again... ç___ç My nails are weak, I know: they are fragile if they grow up 2 mm over fingers and brittle on the edge with pleasure. The situation is going better after 2 months of Poshé treatment, but I need for more time, yet. Anyway, I went to the beach this current week and my nails, as soon as they saw the beach (that bitch!), they instantly committed suicide, so I had to cut them again to zero! I have to say it, and I'll say it in italian, because it will work better: ECCHECCAZZO! X°D

● KIKO - 335 BLU INCHIOSTRO / INK BLUE

I'm very very happy about this polish. I recently read a review a bit disappointed about coverage and color name of this polish, but... First of all, this is a jelly! It HAS TO be no totally opaque, and, sincerely, actually it's very opaque for being a jelly... First time I wore this beauty I needed for 3 coats, this time I needed only for 2 of them, and thin, too! About the color name, instead: usually I'm the first one I laugh a bit on random names of kikos, but this time I agree with the name. "Ink blue" is not intended as dark dark dark opaque opaque opaque shade like a ballpoint pen, but this color reminds me a lot to those bottle of ink used for technical drawing many years ago, when CAD didn't exist, yet. When I was young... During the Middle Age, in short... X°D Another interesting note is about its long duration: I went to the beach 2 days with it, and only my index and middle fingers are a bit chipped, a real miracle for me! Soooo. Adviced polish, YES!

Essie - Marshmallow

Mmmhh... Usually I'm pretty strict about brands to buy and don't buy. Essie is in my black list, because it isn't cruelty free and no B3F. I made an exception only this time (I have another Essie polish, but that was a gift from a friend), but I'm feeling guilty, so I'm going to give up this brand for ever. By the way, a damned good polish.

● ESSIE - MARSHMALLOW

I always searched for a bright and delicate white, and always I was turning back to this shade. "Finally" (read above) I bought it, and I have to admit that it's a very good choice. You need 3 or 4 coats to full coverage, but it's not necessary if you don't want, because it's beautiful after any single coat, with different opacities. It should be also perfect with special effect top-coats, and with some konads over it, or other nail arts: it's a multitasking polish!!!

At last, it really seems a marshmallow, you would bite your nails any moment *yum yum*

I ♥ Essence decals

I've finally found a very decent Essence display and I think I will go there often to despoil it! :D

● FRENCH POLISH

This polish comes from a no cruelty-free brand (Rimmel) that I won't buy anymore in the future.

● STICKERS - ESSENCE - FRENCH GLAM NAIL STICKERS - 04 FRENCH FOREVER

An endless name for these lovely decals for tips! They are beautiful, easy to apply and very convenient for those who are too lazy like me. ;P Just a "small" defect: 1/2 days and stop! By the way, you may lengthen the duration with a generous top coat!

● STICKERS - ESSENCE - ?

Flowers on 3rd pic are from Essence, but I don't know exactly the collection and code, because they are a gift from my cousin, sorry!

I bought decals on 4th pic from this brand: Fing'rs.

Zoya - Envy + China Glaze - Zombie Zest

It's impossible to believe! I won a giveaway last september, but I've received my price in january. Damned custom! è__é

The giveaway was from Beautopia blog in this entry and the price was China Glaze - Awakening Collection for Halloween. The first polish I've tried is Zombie Zest, the next one is going to be Ick-a-Body, Mummy May I was gifted to my cousin (so I haven't it anymore) and I'm using Fast Forward top-coat since I've received it.

● ZOYA - ENVY

A jelly green forest very dark and opaque with only 1 or 2 tiny coats. I guess this shade is very sophisticated and reminds me the most famous polish NARS - zulu. By the way this time I've used it only as base.

● CHINA GLAZE - ZOMBIE ZEST

Beautiful polish! It has some dupes, the most famous is Orly - it's not rocket science, but also there's SpaRitual - optical illusion. I love this shade, but it's too acid for my skin tone, so I prefer use it for layering over a darker green as Zoya - envy. The result is amazing and I'm very happy for this try!

Zoya - Envy + Zoya - Irene + stamping

I made this konadicure as soon as I received these Zoya polishes just for trying them, for fun... And the result was my favorite konadicure! :D

● ZOYA - ENVY

A jelly green forest very dark and opaque with only 1 thick coat or 2 tiny coats. I guess this shade is very sophisticated and reminds me another famous polish NARS - zulu. Don't you think?

● ZOYA - IRENE

This is a particular green, very similar to China Glaze - peace on Earth I guess, and I think it could be difficult to wear it alone, especially for people with light and pinkish skin; wonderful over tanned and olive skins. By the way, I'm totally in love with it, olive greens are a fetish for me. :D

● CHINA GLAZE - MILLENNIUM

My usual polish for konadicures. :P

China Glaze - Atlantis

When My friend Angela went to USA, we we have plundered 8ty8beauty, one of the best online polish store. The service isn't fast, it's WARP; the catalogue is huge; and prices are a dream. International fees are very expensive, so we made use of the trip to save a lot of money and buying a lot of polishes! YAY!

Video is a bit unfocused to see the holo glitter effect better! ^__^

● CHINA GLAZE - ATLANTIS

How much pretty is this pretty polish?!?!? IT'S PRETTY PRETTY, INFACT! I was hoping it was more opaque, but I have so many colors suited for it that this isn't a problem at all. Holo glitters are always beautiful, but they become special under artificial lights. They seem a sparkling starry sky, but more colorful, a lot more colorful! A polish for special days, when you need to feel yourself special, too. ;)
